• Dental Works offers different payroll options. On a referral basis, the dental office pays only a flat daily fee. On a staffing basis, the auxiliary will be an employee of Dental Works and we will assume all payroll and withholding responsibilities.
• Dental Works offers flexibility through our Graduated Fee Schedule, based on the years of experience each auxiliary has. You may specify which experience level you would prefer to have in your office.
